Monitor / Video Driver

Well, I love Civilization III and used to spend a fair bit of time on it. Recently, though, I updated my video driver, and can't play Civ III anymore! Whenever I try to load the game, it keeps saying "Monitor Out of Range." Any ideas, folks?

You could report it to the game makers, or see if you can downgrade your monitor's driver. Maybe a factory reset function or something, or the original driver CD?

Wow--Where to start? nVidia or ATI? Windows 98 or XP?
