I took this directly from their site at http://codefromthe70s.org/poke.asp

What is Poke?

Poke is the ultimate gaming utility. It's a small program that allows you to cheat in every game out there - published or to be published in the future!

Description

Several years ago it seemed like a good idea to create a product for cheating in games. The software was written but as a product it never really happened... So we've dusted it off and now it's given away for free. It works with most single-player games out there. It DOES NOT work with multiplayer games. Plus if you want to cheat at multiplayer games you simply just suck, and we don't want you to have it anyway.

Poke sure does NOT seem like a user friendly application. It will take some poking around the memory locations to find the variables you want to cheat with.

I guess it can be helpful if you are really stuck. But I can see why Poke never turned out to be a big money spinner...

Good find, ST!

Hmm, I've heard of poke, but I actually use TSearch, which is a much more powerful and interestingly feature packed program, for free of course.

It lets you edit any client side memory values for any running process on your computer. So you'd be able to change the value for any program.. anywhere. (As long as it's being processed in client side). Now, I am strongly against online cheating, it's a pathetic noob way to win, but this program wont limit you to anything, and will work with most any online game.

You can find the program and a short description here (http://www.gidnetwork.com/b-36.html).
